They were reliable and did a fantastic job.

Wayne and his team did an excellent job of removing, leveling and replacing our very large area of tired block paving; being front of house parking, side driveway and rear patio and paths. A mammoth effort to take up and dispose of the old paving was done in less than two days and, despite the delays and stresses I felt due to the awful weather we had to deal with, Wayne was nothing less than polite, patient and professional at all times. The final result with the sealant is just what I wanted and looks excellent. The quote was accurate and no issue was too much trouble.

Smart resin and paving perform a good service at a good price. Their service is second to none, and they provide your needs rather than theirs.

Wayne and his team are the most reliable, friendly and trustworthy bunch of builders I’ve ever met, they went above and beyond what I was expecting of them to the point I dont want to park the cars on the drive it is that nice When discussing the final look of the drive wayne even popped out to take us to see some of his work to give us an idea of the final look and advised what would look good This team are in my honest opinion are the best in essex if not the UK Wayne and his team have shot themselves in the foot as now we are looking at them dealing with all our building requirements

As with many of my neighbours my lawn has been ruined by an infestation of leather jacket larvae. The answer was replace the lawn with artificial grass. The best and most professional quote was from Wayne Stanley of Smart Resin and Paving. I cannot praise him enough for his business manner, promptness, technical knowledge and skill and efficiency. He completed a perfect job in two days with two helpers, at a competitive price. He went further than any other operator by using only 1 piece of artificial turf thus avoiding any joins. Wayne displays great skill in all stages of construction especially in the final cutting to shape. After completion the whole area was cleaned to perfection an excellent job giving me a lawn to be proud of. I thoroughly recommend him.

Was going to just have my tired driveway sanded and sealed. Wayne came up with such a reasonable price and is very knowledgeable. Everything we discussed made perfect sense and he didnt mind us asking questions. The drive looks stunning for such a reasonable price and you can also tell it will have longevity with a liitle bit of very low maintenance, which was our aim. Aldo was a quick turnaround. We hired Wayne to do a new driveway at our elderly parents, we felt he came across honest and with a good competitive price, he also ended up doing a garden clearance for us, we can honestly say that Wayne and his guys went absolutely above and beyond. Nothing was to much trouble, he always run things by is as well. Good job, good guys, would 100% recommend this company.

Very happy and satisfied with my new patio and side path and gate, very courteous, polite and friendly, work completed within time frame despite the delays due to bad weather, even staying behind until 9pm to get the pavers layed in the rain, would highly recommend to friends and family, kept everything tidy and clean whilst carrying out the job
